Refund policy

At Vela Bellair, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 21 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our organic skincare and bath products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Bellairtv174@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping in full.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Sale items and promotional bundles are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
